I don’t believe in “good enough.” I work with law firms that want to dominate—not just compete. If you're aiming to be the best in your market, we’ll get along just fine.
I get it. As a business owner myself, there are only so many hours in a day, and only so much you can possibly do to move the needle for your law firm. But it's never been more dangerous to ignore marketing your brand - because competitors are just one click away. What is keeping you from growing to that next level in your firm?
I think one of the things that helps me stand out is the fact that operate my own businesses and understand the full acquisition cycle, the marriage of marketing and sales, the need for processes internally, the value of great people, etc. I intimately understand the economics of law firm client acquisition and I'm obsessed with doing it profitably.
